I wasn’t hungry at lunch.So I just nibbled  on my sandwich.
我午饭时不是很饿，所以我只吃了一点三明治。

I binged on ice cream and snacks for an entire day when my boy friend broke up with me.

He gulped down an entire bottle of champagne!
