Human Rights Watch Report Details Abuses of Mentally Ill
A new Human Rights Watch report details the shocking treatment of the mentally ill in Indonesia. Thousands of mentally ill in that country are chained to their beds or confined in small spaces, sometimes for years at a time. This happens even though there are laws prohibiting this treatment.
