Republicans and Democrats are out on the campaign trail Friday, as part of a final push before midterm elections next Tuesday that experts say could give minority Republicans control of at least one chamber of Congress.

President Barack Obama will be in central Virginia Friday evening for a rally for a one-term Representative, who polls show is trailing his Republican opponent. Vice President Joe Biden is in the state of Iowa Friday, hoping to give a boost to the campaign of a two-term congressman.Three Republican governors are campaigning in Ohio for their party's candidate for governor of that state.

The election will decide all 435 seats in the House of Representatives and 37 of the 100 seats in the Senate. Some states will also elect governors and decide other ballot measures. Democrats currently control both houses of Congress. Polls show Republicans likely to take control of the House of Representatives and make gains in the Senate.
