[00:10.44]The forces fighting against IS in Syria [00:13.56]and Iraq are retaking ground and oil fields. [00:17.52]While this is seen as a success, [00:19.70]one U.S. government official says [00:21.56]there is concern about recruits coming from Libya and parts of Egypt. [00:26.76]Anti-IS fighters in the northern part of Iraq are taking back territory and oil revenue. [00:33.48]So IS looks for new sources of income.
